A unique URL for your Private Academy will be provided for your organization. Admins of the platforms can manage everything including course creation, adding and removing users, promoting a user to Admin or Partial Admin status, and viewing statistics across the platform and for every course.

Do we need an Embodia Membership to use a Private Academy?
No, there are no other memberships needed and no hidden fees. Private Academy pricing is based on the number of users in your clinic or organization. Platform admins can add and remove users at any time.
Can we also take Embodia courses and webinars on our Private Academy?
Yes, absolutely. You can choose to use any other offerings on Embodia including Embodia Academy for on-demand learning from hundreds of global continuing education instructors, sign up for live webinars, or choose to add HEP, Practice Management, and anything else we offer.
What kind of onboarding support do you provide?
We have 2 asynchronous courses (it takes approximately 30 minutes to complete both of them). These courses walk you through how to use all of the features available on your Private Academy. You can refer back to them as often as you like. We also provide one-on-one onboarding and training for you and your team. These sessions are delivered virtually and at your convenience. Typically, it only takes two 1-hour sessions to get up and running but you can schedule more if needed. Plus, we’re always here to answer questions via email at support@embodiaapp.com.
